Bought an AM snacker from this food joint, while consuming it I found a white brush bristle inside. Tried to raise a customer complaint online only for KFC to drag resolution of this complaint. This is quite disgusting and wont be buying here anytime soon.

I bought a 8 piece family treat and chose zinger wings+pops &snack burgers as my sides. The cashier didn’t tell me that they didn’t have snack burgers. As I collected my order I was told that they put chips in exchange of the snack burgers. Only to get home & find that there was coleslaw & gravy instead of the pops & “supposed chips” that they suggested were there in replacement of the snack burgers. So why wasn’t I told prior to making the order that there were no pops or snack burgers? I had to get home & get ready to serve only to find that I didnt get what I ordered. I’m annoyed because this is not the first time this happens. This KFC franchise has no value nor respect for its customers. This is dissapointing considering I could’ve driven go Southgate which is just 5 minutes away to get what I paid for nxa!

I came through the drive through.Was told if thats what i wanted i would have to wait 20 minutes!.With vehicles behind me in the que i did not have a choice but to sit .This is the second time this has happened to me at this KFC.
