The worst service, no-one answers the phone, the staff are never available, they have no knowledge of whichever department they work at, the prices aren't updated on the shelves or the product doesn't match the price/description???

I went to purchase a fridge. There were very few staff on the floor and when I eventually did find someone they said they did not really know anything about fridges. I remember that the service used to be very good in this store. When I asked the staff member were i could buy a fridge he told me to go to Dromadaris. I won't go back .but do the staff care if I go back or not? Probably not.

If there was zero rating I would give them because it's what they deserve. The staff is always in the store room doing absolutely nothing and when you finally get someone to help,they'll tell you that they're going to check what you are looking for in the store room then disappear.

Absolutely horrible service, phoned from PE and asked them to please keep me a Bicycle that they apparently had stock of 45min ago and came straight to the Jeffrey's branch only to find out that the salesman had no idea where the bike is as according to him he left it in the stock pile. Even the manager gave me attitude and was obviously not in the mood to help sort out the problem or at least try to source me a bike from another branch. Just promised myself to never support this branch again. Shocking.

I purchased a watch [ Genius Solutions] for my daughter on the 7th of December 2022 and went back on the 20 as we have a problem with it. We were told it has a small scratch on the top left corner and due to the scratch the watched will not work, so there will be no exchange or refund. For a large company like Game I am very disappointed and would have expected more.

i made an order the 8th of February 2022 online ordering a samsung tv and earphones, i recieved the earphones but game store made a mistake in switching my waybill with someone else waybill, i have ben calling, emailing game store and the courier company, its now been more that 10 working days that no one can give me an answer as to where my order is and whats going on poor service and pathetic from game in handeling this im very disappointed

Sunday Morning 9:20 with absolutely no cashiers. People make a line at “lack of customer service” counter to just to find out they have no change! What a joke Game! You need competent people to run and MANAGE a store. You obviously lack both!

I will never go to Game in Jeffreys Bay again they have the worst service ever and not once or twice but everytime I go there thinking I might get service today but noooo today they made me wait for 20 min after calling someone to assist but no one came. I then walked out. Never ever will I support Game Jeffreys Bay again! As I am going through the reviews it would seem you have a service problem but you don't do anything about it shame on you!!

Went in looking to purchase a fridge which we found however they had no stock only display unit with a dent and scratches. Ended up finding anothet fridge and again they had no stock only the display unit. By this time we had already been through 3 different assistants as noone wanted to assist us and 2 hours later we are still waiting to just pay for the fridge. Never have we ever experienced such poor service!
