Miele 117 on Strand
I ordered parts about 6 months ago. I still don’t have the parts although I’ve paid for it. I have to follow up and nobody ever get back to unless I phone them. The customer service is appalling. I was promised to have it delivered, but Miele SA send it here and I had to follow up again today. Very poor customer service for a very expensive product.

I bought a washing machine from this branch in November 2020 and I'm still waiting for it to be delivered. It's been almost two months now.Update: bought a robot vacuum cleaner from this branch. Thought it was a safe bet since I could take it home immediately. Broken out of the box. Back to store. Tested another out of the box - also broken. Refund has to go via Poland office.

After waiting close to a month and 35k later my unit was delivered with a big dent on the side , looks like it was dropped …. Now I’m being asked to wait another week . I should’ve gone with Bosch …

Dismal service. Takes over 5 working days for a technician to be dispatched to BEGIN the repair process. The lady in the service centre also affirms she tried to contact me via phone and email, which is factually incorrect. Not sure how long it will take thereafter. Not acceptable from a company of this supposed standing. Good luck getting something repaired here.

Was in here earlier today and had an insightful chat about vacuum cleaners with a very helpful gentleman. Unfortunately they are struggling with stock (as is everybody across SA), but I'm not sure I can hold that against this shop.
