I have bad memories about this hotel, so I am writing this. I was going to drink coffee in the morning, but the coffee spilled and I took a towel and wiped it off.When checking out, the hotel charged R350 for towel damage. This is the hotel's rule. The case of paying for wiping spilled coffee with a towel does not happen anywhere.If you stay at this hotel, do not wipe dirty things such as shoes and bags with a towel. Additionally, the AC also doesn't work well.

This place feels like a quiet oasis in the middle of a noisy/busy city center. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would come back again.The room is a bit tired - nothing to complain or write home about. The garden is the highlight. And the breakfast buffet is enjoyable. The little bonsai on the breakfast tables made my day! The restaurant next door has a good selection and reliable quality of food.

Attended a workshop here. The employees are helpful and friendly. The hotel exudes a timeless charm.The conference rooms are clean and well lit.Although the meal are fresh and well presented, I was a little disappointed in how they tasted.The communal areas feel small, which makes it better suited to hold intimate gatherings.The parking lot's entrance is somewhat obscured. Better signage might help with this.

Staff is very friendly! Rooms are very comfortable and nice! Smart TV is available with Netflix and other applications. Only thing is that the A/C is not working properly, making a lot of noise! Other than that I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Courtesy still water in the room every day. Room ok to sleep on a business trip. Breakfast buffet with very attentive staff. Omelettes on demand, I experienced a little noise coming from the saint, a close by bar where music can be loud. The rest, good.

Very friendly staff and great holiday spirit. The pool could have been cleaner. In the rooms, the toilet and bathtub didn’t look very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable however I’m personally not a fan of carpet floor in warm counties.The hamburger at the Bull Run Restaurant was the best I have ever had and I strongly recommend it.All in all great stay at the hotel.

Friendly and helpful. Really going the extra mile. I had a special request which they were very helpful to assist with.Only thing I feel disappointed was the price of the restaurant but it is Sandton.

We stayed for the weekend with the kids and had the best time. Felt like we went away for a week. The kids room was kitted out with a stuffy toy for each of them during their stay and a cool drink, so thoughtful. We watched the football and had dinner in the newly renovated Lords Bar and it was exceptional! Service, food and everything was just the best.
