I requested an appointment and due to pain I was helped immediately. Dr. Erlank speaks German which helped me a lot and he is so friendly and understanding and listening. He fixed my tooth and it feels good! A big THANK YOU!!

Nach vielen Jahren habe ich mich entschlossen die Erfahrungen die meine Frau gemacht hat zu publizieren. Auch deshalb, weil jetzt der ganze Pfusch auf dem Tisch eines Kollegen liegt. Dr. Erlank hat damals mit seinem Kollegen Dr. van Heerden umfangreiche Zahnersatzarbeiten ausgeführt. Es war und ist unsäglich und total überteuert.

Was referred to Dr. Erlank by my boyfriend’s mom. Him and his dental assistant are by far the most pleasant people I have ever experienced in a medical practice. They go the mile to make you comfortable during what can be a very nerve-wracking and generally uncomfortable experience (sitting with your mouth wide open for a prolonged period is the worst). Dr. Erlank also let’s you know what he is doing as he goes, especially where there might be pain. Fortunately, my procedure went smoothly. Gentle and patient. Definitely recommend!

Leider total enttäuscht. Ich habe mehrfach um einen Rückruf gebeten. War persönlich in der Praxis und mir wurde versichert, mich zu kontaktieren. E-Mailadresse, Telefonnumer alles habe ich zur Kontaktaufnahme da gelassen. Dann erneut per E-Mail nach einem Rückruf gebeten sowie per Telefon, nichts geschah obwohl mir anderes versichert wurde. Dabei hatte ich nur zwei Fragen. Es ist einfach Schade, dass Ärzte sich nicht mal Zeit für potentielle Neupatienten nehmen.
