Bought asthma pump and allergix got home and I only have the pump and when I go back no one wants help me sort this out getting robbed by clicks

Slow, inconsistent and always so many staff but never enough staff at any of the bloody tills finishing the customer’s experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm actually very disappointed in the service no lack of communication im extremely disappointed.. So on staurday i received an call from the Manger saying that the injection that they order for me that the supplier doesn't have the sock of the injection so they called me telling me that i need to come into the store they Gonna refund me with my money and that they will write out an script so i can purchase the injection at an other pharmacy or public hospital...so when i got to the store early hours it was closed and they had no backup i left and came back late afternoon just to stand in an extremely long linewithout getting any proof of what they promised me I've wasted so much money on traveling fair just to get no help im super disappointed in your service honestly....

Standing outside at 9:04 am. Two staff members arrive and the woman waiting next to me politely asks if we can also enter the store as it is now after 9. The staff members ignore her FLAT out. Charmed I'm sure. If you aren't going to open your store on time then at least have the decency to apologise or ask people to be patient, but to outright ignore a customers is not really ok. In addition I've also asked this store to order out of stock items for me on two occasions and have heard absolutely nothing back - it is now several months later. So... Yeah it's a clicks and it stocks most products, but customer service is lacking.

Absolutely terrible service, all the way up to reaching the dispensiary. They were great, but to get hold of them was a nightmare and took three calls and a disconnection.

This has become of my favourite Clicks branches as the staff are always very helpful and friendly - even during a pandemic.Despite the obvious pressure that they are under, they can always point you to where a particular item might be.One more than one occasion when they were out of stock, they phoned nearby braches to locate what I was looking for.The new pharmacy system is much more efficient so that you don't have to queue for meds - and the pharmacist will often recommend generics.They also have a phone or visit system for appointments with the nursing sister who's there from 9AM to 5PM.Would be happier if some of the so-called herbal remedies were not sold, but I guess there is a market for that.

Not so much service in-store but the fact that this branch does not have a generator in this day and age is beyond me. Fair I know this is an expensive investment but after loadshedding the systems takes about 30 to 40 min to go back on. All shops are open on this complex or have some sort of manual system, again don't expect clicks to run on a manual process, but to be closed for 2 hour and still take 40 min for systems o go back online can't be good for business or sustainable?

It's Feb 2023 and you closed because of loadshedding?????? Pls get an inverter / generator or a cheap ups with some lights.

I had a very bad service experience at this Branch yesterday.I called in to check if vaccinations are carried out, and if I can pop-in within the next 30 minutes. The lady on the phone confirmed all in order.I arrived shortly after the call and was told that vaccination is closed for the day. This was just after 2pm.The 'manager' that confirmed that I can come, asked me to wait a bit while he makes arrangements with the available nurse. I waited for almost half an hour with no form of communication. I then looked and found the manager on one of the aisles, only then he spoke with the nurse. The nurse told me that she needs at least six people to carry out vaccination, and that I should come the next day. I explained to them that I was on leave for the day, and I was only there because I was told to come. In simple terms, I was turned back.
