I worked here for a year,good service,team working staff,great opportunities to learn about adults with intellectual disabilities .Like any other workplaces there are challenges but can be handled.

A great residential facility with really good grounds and facilities. The housing and gardens are well maintained and villagers are all happy. 2 of my cousins live here and they are very happy here. I would recommend it.

My daughter has lived there for almost 40 yearsShe is now 55. On the whole we have been very happy with Cresset but it does have its ups and downs. At the moment it is definitely having a big down mainly because of the difficulty in finding suitable staff. But my daughter has been very happy there and made some great friends. She may be intellectually impaired" but at Cresset she has improvedImmeasurably"
