Pick n Pay Walker Drive
I am very disappointed with this store. Items advertised in the brochure are not available and the staff members are not interested to try to solve a problem. After getting home, I saw one item on my tillslip for R46.99, yet the price on the shelf was R31.99. Unfortunately it would cost me more than R15 in fuel to go back and sort it out. Needless to say, this store will not see me again.

Hi,I was in the store this afternoon. Oh my goodness, so disappointing to see poor service is still alive and active in Pick and Pay Walker Drive. (absolutely pathetic) Whilst waiting at the Deli counter, a lady came to ask if she could help. I asked for ham. On her way to get the ham another lady was there; of another race, her race. She helped the lady, still had the audacity to look at me, knowing I was there before the other customer. I asked for someone else to help me and that one just answered, oh she will help me

Very rude teller.Made mention to my mom that it was pensioner day, when my mom replied no I’m not, do I look like one?, as a joke, the teller replied, well yes you do.Extremely disrespectful and rude.She will no longer be supporting this spar!

HiPick n Pay Walker drive Port Elizabeth.Again (3rd) time has no network connection for loyalty discounts. The branch Manager again not available to resolve issues. You can compare taxi drivers to PnP non service.USELESS and wil not do the effort to go there agsin and I challenge any customer that encounters this to slao log a 1 poor service star....

Clean store, easy parking, friendly staff. Quick stop and was worth it. It is quite small compared to other sizes so the bakery or butchery doesn’t have a large offering.
