Pathetic service. Voice mail recording saying they will get back to you. They never do. Further when you try to call the main call centre the call cuts off and that voice recording goes on and on. Cell C is pathetic. All I wanted was to cancel my contract. Terrible

Poor customer service, very rude staff and their rude manager her name is Dhiras, I am very disappointed, staff have no manners let alone the morals, they changed my contract without my consent, I regret the day I took the contract with them because I am having too many problems, endless problems!!
