MTN Store - La Lucia Mall

Call center unacceptable customer service. MTN La Lucia store gave me excellent customer service, assisted by Thareef the store manager and his his beautiful assistant were very helpful and resolved my query.

The absolute best MTN store on the planet. Nothing is ever too much trouble, any chaotic moment can be soothed, and the team is always happy to help.

Went there at 4.15. The guys are waiting to close. Told me to come back on Monday. Think the game on his phone was more important than the customer

My wife & I went to MTN LaLucia store to enter into a contract for a Plug & Play 5G Router for Internet access. The consultant namely Sayeed advised us incorrectly that we have coverage in our area. He further advised us on Wednesday last week that a Router would be available for collection on Friday. Come Friday when we called he told us that the Router had not arrived however definitely would be here on Wednesday. Come Wednesday still no router had arrived. I am disgusted at their shoddy service and don't care attitude. They had my number and could have phoned me to advise that the Router has still not arrived. On top of that Sayeed's Manager still tried to cover for his employee by lying and twisting the story around which was recorded on my wife's cell phone. . I would advise everyone not to deal with this Franchise company which is no longer owned by MTM. They lie, distort the truth and don't keep their promises. In addition they are totally unprofessional. I went to MTM at Gateway and immediately received a professional world class service and walked out with a 4 G Router.

Received efficient & professional service for my contract upgrade by Aqeelah. Definitely worth using this MTN branch, when you’re looking for fast, but accurate solutions.

I have to warn the public about this store after witnessing the store manager assault a male customer and push a female customer. The manager jumped over the counter caught the customer by his collar and pushed him out the store!! This was shocking! Such disgusting behavior from an MTN representative. If MTN has franchises whose staff abuse customers then that says alot about this brand! If a male representative of MTN can abuse a woman then that's gender violence! This store should be shut down with immediate effect!

Terrible customer service - very rude and can’t be bothered to help attitude. Staff inadequately trained and offer poor choices of contract options and cannot think beyond what the computer is saying. We had to find the contract option that would suit us - the staff twice almost put a different offer that was nowhere what we were asking for in their computer system - I had to keep checking they were doing it right.It has already taken 4 attempts, an hour each stood in the store and still no closer to getting a simple contract upgrade done. No phone calls from them with updates.Do not use this MTN franchise - very poor service!

Mtn La Lucia is the worse branch! They man handle their customers AND WOMEN TOO!!! I've seen it with my own eyes!! Beware!! They are very abusive to their customers and seem to have anger management issues!

Good day,I purchased a Wifi setup from MTN LA lucia. Thank you to Aqeelah and Thareef in helping me set it up after some initial challenges. These guys assistance even after hours is really appreciated. Thanks guys!
