I have been working with Shannon for a couple of years now. I can highly recommend working with her. She is so knowledgeable, patient, very skilled with sports massage and incredibly kind. She has also helped me with rehab and I can say that I am only feeling better and able to walk long distances again thanks to her. I am forever grateful for getting in touch with her.

I’ve been making use of her services for years now and I’ve managed to keep multiple injuries at bay thanks to Social Wellness sports massages.
