this place is very bad always different nurses why please tell me why any nurse to respond why did you leave this bad place im sure it must rather be money problems or management problems a place that change staff every month eish something is not ok eish

We bought 3 units over a time since 1980, for investment & place to retire. When we moved to Palms, we started selling our investment.Bella Vista was part of my life for 10 years. I served as trustee and got involved in the management, finances, resident committee, staff, renovation, municipal committee for rehabilitation on Bellville CBD & security..I love BV and are convinced that the relationship with UWC & Craig of WatchProp as Managing Agent, will keep this Retirement Village going & growing for many years.BV is the best value for money as a retiremen village, despite its (current) bad environment. Bellville CBD will be better in 5 years time!

Very clean and well maintained inside. Its just a bit noisy outside at times,but other than that the security is of a high standard.
