I was very new to Pilates and fitness in general when I first started with Janine. She was instrumental in turning my life around for the better. A true professional with a phenomenal knowledge of the mechanics of the body. Classes are never the same so always new workouts for all muscle groups. Can't rate Janine highly enough!!

I've been going to Janine now for just over 4 yrs & she has made an incredible difference to my back. I suffer from scoliosis & her customised plan has significantly strengthened my core, back & improved my spine's range of movement. What sets her apart from most Pilates instructors is her vast experience & thorough understanding of the body (she also has a Physical Education degree). I love my Pilates sessions with her !
