Can’t contact them. Many many many calls. All ring until cut off no matter what options you choose.

Why is this company allowed to operate. Pathetic, they never answer calls. They are unethical.

Poorest service received. Driver had to go back with my parcel because the device for capturing my fingerprints for authentication had technical errors. Either the device had technical errors or the driver was not trained to use the device. From 12:07-12:50 the person has been trying to capture my finger prints..That was the poorest service. 0 rating is an understatement... My rating is zero however this comment is refusing to be posted without a rating.

Pathetic service!My courier has been on delivery for 4 days and I still have not received! This is not the 1st time. I've been patient before but I will no longer use this service and i would recommend that others use a more efficient courier company

They dont even deserve a star. It took me 1 hour to get a hold of a consultant. And only to get told the manager is on leave an no one else can help. They offer a very poor service. This is the 1st courier services that doesn't work on a weekend. Don't use them, you will wait a month for delivery.

MTN really needs to review who they partner with. I missed a call from DSV due to being in a meeting. When I called back, after numerous attempts of trying to get a hold of someone, a lady answers the phone and tells me that an agent will call me back. No such thing happened. I called them again two days later, only to be told that my device is being sent back to MTN and I must call them to sort it out.

I have been waiting for my parcel for over 2 weeks. Based in Richards Bay. No one from DSV has even bothered to call me till this day. Needed the parcel for my daughters birthday. What a bad service. Struggling to get any help from Durban branch. Its just amazing how you still in business. Your service sucks big time.

Absolutely impossible to get through to DSV Mounties! I have no idea how they are still in business. No one ever answers the phone no matter which option you choose.Really pathetic for such a big company.I had to rate 1 star just to put in my comment.

I have been waiting for 10 days for my Makro order and I have on the phone for an hour trying to get hold of someone who can tell me where my parcel is. Please get tips from Courier Guy how to run your business.... no stars for you and please dont use this company.. It turns out that Makro is at fault for having a poor system that gives incomplete delivery information to the courier. Our waybill had no cell no and only a partial address. I finally got my parcel although it was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I apologize Dsv BUT when you found out that the address was incomplete that someone should have contracted Makro to find out the contact no and the correct address instead of keeping the customer waiting for 2 weeks.and you should have staff manning your telephone lines or even having other means of contacting you so that you improve on your service delivery. My product cost R4000 so it was not chump change...........you have so much room for improvement.

They can't even answer 1 call in a day pathetic
