Shocking. Just been charged R1285 (ex VAT) for 40 minutes of labour. No quote but one would expect reasonable labour charges (the norm is between R250 and R525 per hour). According to the call center I was not provided with a quote upfront as I did not request one. Give your business to honest none exorbitant service providers such as Monster Plumbing. So disappointing....
