I had such a pleasant experience with the staff and owner of the store. Excellent service and I will most definitely come back to fill my house with more beautiful canvases from them.

Only giving a one star because there is nothing less. It boggles the mind how this place remains in business judging by its appalling service!! Waited for a week for a parcel to be delivered within Cape Town! Guess what??No explanation or apology was given on why a parcel could not be delivered!

Poor service. I have been there multiple times and it just doesn’t get better. The last time they had 4 staff members there but none of them seemed competent. After printing the incorrect size photo (after I clearly stated the size I wanted) the photo printer was out of paper. I was in a hurry as I had to go and fetch my children from school but the “more senior” employee decided that it was the perfect time to train another staff member on how to refill the printer. Something that should’ve been a quick fix ended up taking forever and the employee that was trying to show the other one how to do it, also couldn’t get it right immediately. This resulted in me having to leave the shop, fetch my children, drive all the way back to collect 1 photo. When I asked the employee to please tear up the incorrect size photo as I did not feel comfortable leaving it there with my children’s faces, she said she couldn’t as she has to show the manager proof that an incorrect size photo was printed. I told her to please tear it up as she could still show the manager and didn’t need the photo to be intact. She then went to the back as she had to go and ask for permission? She came back with the photo torn in half. I still wanted to ask for a permanent marker to scratch the faces out in the photo but ended up just leaving as they made me feel like I’m insane for not wanting a photo with my children’s faces lying around. While I was there it also seemed like they all try and attend to the same customer which resulted in the phone just ringing, until the more senior employee instructed the others to answer the phone, and customers waiting in a queue.All the employees that I have interacted with seriously need training on how to deal with customers as well as services and product training.

Absolutely disgusting service. They actively ignore customers who walk in and make you wait unnecessarily. Hello people standing behind you after you have been standing in the line for a long time waiting on them after they said they would be with you. Met another lady there who said they are always in a mood the two ladies there today (17 June 2023). And that they always give attitude and try scam people by overcharging. Absolutely disgusting. Going back to Postnet at the Plattekloof Spar Shopping Centre.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Their prices are good comparing to other print shops. This is the best print shop to visit for all your needs.

I am so disappointed in this store. I was advised to pay the R700 for taking a parcel and collection. Then been called 2 months later to advise no that was incorrect. And to pay another R700.Complete false advertising.When I got upset about been informed incorrectly was told to go with another shop.After they already got my money and give incorrect information about the process.No one advised the additional cost .

I am very pleased with the service I received from Kayla and Tinus today and can strongly recommend 3@1 Plattekloof. Kayla went the extra mile to ensure that the design and colours of the Welcoming Board for my son's engagement party looks great once printed. It looks fantastic and I can not wait to show it off at the party. Thank you very much Kayla and Tinus for your assistance. I will most definitely make use of your services again.

Very bad service and they just waste your time. Customers get preference in the que even though they behind you. This after I called to check they can do the job. Went to another store and had the job complete in 5 minutes after this store just messed me around yesterday. Ridiculous! Dont waste your time or petrol going there.

Easy self-help Kodak machine for printing photos. Shop still open during loadshedding!
