As a regular customer of over seven years, Fagron is still my Compounding Pharmacy of choice... capsule medications and their compounded Bio-identical Hormone creams are the most user friendly by far! Pharmacy Technician Juan-Marie is always giving exceptional service, down to checking with my prescribing Doctor for accuracy in scripts, giving feedback and communicating with any issues that may appear.Over these very difficult few years I have found the Fagron team to be sincere, accountable and always delivering quality medications. Thank you for all that you do for us in South Africa!

I have had such great service from Fagron JHB. Fast and reliable! i love dealing with Michal George she always makes sure the job is done and goes the extra mile and is always so sweet. Ursula Shepherd is also always checking in on us to make sure we have everything we need and if i have any questions they always help me with a smile. Despicable, garbage service.I only make use of this pharmacy out of forced need. If i had to subtract a star for each time they messed something up, delayed shipping, ignored emails, didn't read an email properly, didn't pay attention to existing proof of payments, got the address wrong, etc., they'd be sitting at no less than -10 stars.If you're in an emergency for medication and can get it elsewhere, do it, because this place will more likely have you dead or sick before you get a response.I am yet to have an interaction with them that doesn't result in one or another issue on their side.Note the website hours are wrong.

After getting the Fagron DNA test done with a dermatologist and the products being effective. I switched over from ordering through the dermatologist due to an extremely terrible experience with the rude, unprofessional reception staff, and decided to try ordering straight through Fagron. The Fagron pharmacists were all very helpful and professional, they sorted me out in no time. thanks so much Fagron team

I have given Fagron 3 months since my last review. Which was very negative. Since then, I have to admit they have gone to great lengths to correct previous issues. They have improved on their communications and response time. It’s only fair I adjust my rating and commend them on the way they’ve responded to the issues raised.Thank you.

As a Functional Medicine practitioner, I found Fagron SA professional and ideal for personalised medicine. The Fagron SA team has added leaps of improvements in their efficiency, service and product expansion. While communication used to be a challenge in the past, they have added creative improvement in that area too.

4 days to pack an emergency scrip???? Service is not greatThank you for the response . I will await the outcome. It seems no medications are kept on the shelf. All have to be made up, hence the wait. Doctors please be aware
