Nando's Brackenfell Drive Thru
Great service and the staff very Friendly and helpful. The food is fresh and has a great flavour, I'm having the hot pot with rice sjoe the heat coming thru. The wait time was minimal and wasn't too busy.

Nando's Brackenfell Drive Thru
Brackenfell- Ordered through Mr Delivery. Did not receive 2 of my 5 items. I had to drive back and was left unsatisfied with a cold burger and fries. Did not even want to replace received cold food with hot food while I had to wait another 30 minutes. Bad Service!!!!! Will never buy Nando’s ever again!!!!!!

We were a group of 6 for a very quick lunch. We ordered burgers hot none were hot. We ordered all chips spicy and 1 came with spice. 2 colleagues had wraps 1 with cheese and it never cam with cheese.

Nando's Brackenfell Drive Thru
Being a resident in Brackenfell for the past 32 years... this is to date the worst service I have ever recieved. Store manager Anathi swears in my face. Tells me this store has no owner. He is this store. Drive through gets my order wrong. He says I must go through drive through again. I have not come across this bad behaviour. Anathi has the worst attitude I have ever came across. This guy is doing damage to this shop and as a business owner myself, I sure hope this reviews gets to the owner/directors of this restaurant.

2nd time that I order pap and half lemon and herb chicken. Not getting lemon and herb sauce for the pap, but strong relish. Cant eat spicy food. Very dissapointed. Explicitly asked for L&H sauce for the pap.

It took around an hour and 20 min after we joined the drive through queue to get our food; it took an hour after placing the order at the window to receive our food. Absolutely horrific for it to take so long. I was vowing to never return, however the food was really good, but not enough to make up for the excruciating long wait - extremely unimpressed.

Ordered 3x meals and I was asked to wait at the parking bay. After 15min of waiting and the car behind me had his order in 1min and I was still waiting for my order, I decided to go in and ask about my order. Apparently my order never got updated onto the system. They were only busy with my order only when I walked in and asked for it. Also I told the lady at the collection window to please to not forget about me after she send me to park at the waiting bay. She kept my slip and never asked the kitchen staff where my order was. Once inside the Manager approached me and didn't give any excuses just kept quiet. The workers gave me 2 different excuses" which didn't make sense. I was given my money back (after I asked for it) and the Manager still not saying a word... not even "sorry"!!! The Manager should of handled this in a proper manner by not allowing his staff to give false "excuses" or talk on his behalf. The Manager didn't even care that he had lost a loyal customer!!!!!"

The service at the Brackenfell branch is pathetic. Don't get me wrong, I really enjoy their Casa Pap and Livers but not waiting 40 min again! The only thing positive about visiting Nandoes Brackenfell is that Burger King is less than 100m away.

Extremely slow service. I have been her twice each instance over 20 minutes waiting. Drive thru is as slow as going inside. People working there should have some sense of urgency or alternatively inform customers prior to purchase of expected waiting time. I don't mind waiting if they a long q however there is a few people i don't understand why they have long waiting times

Strike 3... Used to be the best in the Northern Suburbs. But the waiting time for drive through is atraucious 30 minutes whilst the Mr D and Uber Eats rush in and out continuously. Close the drive through and focus on the online sales other than keeping customers waiting in line outside, without any warning of the waiting time ahead.
