Such a bad service.I have made lay-bye in May and have been paying via EFT,every time I contact them via phone call and whatsapp,they just read my message and ignore my request,they only answered my call once and promised to get back to me and no one has returned my Call.I have sent all proof of payments,and asked them to confirm if it has cleared on their side,they just ignore me.Since May until today, I am struggling to get help from them. I even asked for refund,since they are not helping me,and they don't respond to my request as well.Three days ago I sent message,and was promised that Ali will contact me,I called again yesterday,still no response,today I sent another message and was told that they are closed because its their Christmas.Has it been Christmas since in May? I'm so disappointed.all I need is my money back,that's all.
