A Reservoir In the middle of nowhere. A place well positioned to rest and enjoy a meal and good company.All staff friendly and helpful. Excellent service

Engens is normally not a friendly bunch. I was suprised today with this Engen garage from the guys that put the petrol in the cashier and the manager was verry helpfull and friendly there service is the best I ever had at a Engen and I do travel around and across the country daily.Thank you all you made my day.

Found this place to be very irritable on a month end Saturday evening 17:30 place is buzzing with atleast seven customers in line waiting to cash and there is only one teller operating and this teller is busy checking lotto numbers for a customer which I found totally rediculous. I dont have a problem waiting in long ques long as I see the staff making an effort to hurry things up. But not here,tellers and managers have a dont care attitude with no customer etiquette what so ever. Atleast have another teller dedicated for fuel and lotto to be cashed.

Service just got very poor like never before, me and other guy it took us 45 minutes to be attended by waiter, in front of us there was uncollected utensils left by others long ago no one asked us if we are being helped. When I waived hand for their attention they gave me unfriendly attitude...

The service at the Wimpy was very friendly and efficient. But sadly when the renovations were done the restrooms were not part of the upgrade! Disgusting to say the least. Broken toilets. Not all doors have locks. Damaged toilet seats. Stained toilet bowls. Buckets or tubs beneath hand wash basin taps. No hand soap. When I spoke to the manager and Wimpy staff, to me, they did not seem to think that the restrooms were in that a bad state...
