Been calling the store since after 8am not one staff member answered. Poor service indeed. You should have a backup person to answer calls even on a Sunday.

Hi the staff is terrible and have rude manners. Please you must let your staff mostly at tills be more customer friendly because they don't know how to be. Staff must come to sidwell Pick npay and come and p learn by there staff what is manners and to talk to customers.

There was no one in the fruit and veg area for about 10 minutes to assist me to weigh and assist with fruit special. Staff was not friendly and when i ask for a manager they said I can go look for one somewhere in front. Only one friendly staff member at the second till...the first till did not want to assist me since they were chatting to another staff member

I have never been so disappointed in my life.If you steal somthing from pick n pay and the security spot you , you can just go put it back it is fine and walk out again , i had to explain to my 4 year old why the uncle took all the stuff from underneath his shirt and left out the door without anyone doing anything to him when i asked the security by the door she said its their policy like that same man can just go outside and broke into a car or steal someone handbag , i use to come out my area to pick n pay newton park and today was my last time shopping by you guys!

The staff who work in the aisles should replace the cashiers. They are so friendly and helpful. Cashier took ridiculously long to assist even though there was only one customer in front of me. When she EVENTUALLY 'helped' me she scanned my item without a hello and then pointed at the card machine to inform me that it was ready. Seriously, my dog has a better personality. Plus, no social distancing in your store.

Your online delivery service from your store is appalling. You deserve a zero rating. Your service is generally poor besides the online delivery service, which my husband now needs to wait 5 days for a refund. Which we can't afford to wait for. Jack yourselves up. I do not recommend this Pick n Pay at all.

The store seems chaotic and badly set-up. Staff are nice enough but no one is in a terrible hurry to do anything. Sorry to say, but I won't shop in this store.

Closing hours are till 4pm on a Saturday, but doors are closed 5 min before the time. Why does this store close 4pm on a Saturday in the first place. The store was still full of customers, and we just wanted to purchase a few items.Please Mr owner... Change trading hours or sell the business to someone who would keep consumers in mind.

Pick 'n Pay Newton Park
After bringing huge discrepancies on my till slip to the managers attention a few months ago and was met with a blank face! I decided not to support this store again! I’ve been shopping weekly here in NP for 15 years and have noticed the shop and staff are not what they used to be!Today I popped in to get a few items as I shopped at another store in the complex and once again was overcharged. Pure and utter theft! Never again.
