I ordered on the morning of Valentines Day, and they were able to get the flowers to my partner on the day as a surprise. I was ordering from Sydney!They ran out of red roses, but replaced them with pink ones which were just as beautiful. Thank you so much!

Excellent service, as always! I've made use of Flora Niche on separate occasions and they are very organized, deliver what's promised (the pictures on the website is what you get), and always punctually delivery. They also deliver to towns in and around Cape Town that bigger and more advertised/popular florists do not. I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend them to anyone.

This is the first time I have used Flora Niche and it was a great experience. I tried 6 times to use another online gifting service and eventually gave up! Flora Niche delivered same day and they were good quality flowers. Will definitely use them again!!

Poor service provided. Flora Niche however followed up on complaint and tried to rectify. Will wait to see if flowers delivered made up for bad experience. Indication provided flowers will be delivered to hospital today, 10 February 2023.So I get to hospital after receiving request that I must remove my post as replacement flowers were delivered. By the way the rosy posies lasted only 1 day as when it was removed it was already wilted. So getting to hospital I find this bunch of mixed flowers dumped in a similar bowl. This is so insulting!!! I thus wish I could indicate a rating of -10!!!! See photo below and indicate if this is value for money as such will any person pay R1275 for this??? I requested the owner to contact me but up to this moment Annike did not contact me. I guessed she only respond to the 5 star ratings rather than to make every client happy.

I'm very happy with my recent experience with Flora Niche. I was looking to purchase flowers for delivery on Mother's Day, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that option through Flora Niche given that it was already May 11th, and it was too late for other sites I had browsed. There ended up being a mix-up with my form of payment, and I really appreciated that Flora Niche tried several ways to contact me in order to ensure delivery on time. There is a 9 hour time difference between where I live and South Africa, and if the effort had not been made to contact me outside of normal business hours I'm not sure I would have received the message in time.Thank you again
