There payment system was offline so I could not top my etag up. And the guy at the gate Mandla was so rude. So I had to turn back because their system was offline.

Even on a busy day (Easter monday) the plaza was fast and competent. Traine, Bongani M., was very friendly and effective. I hope he will excell and go far.

unable to reprint slips if paid cash even if time, registration of vehicle & direction is provided, then they even have the audacity to claim it fraudulent if they do print it,please wake up, its called customer service

*international visitors*: have local currency with you, OR a credit card from South Africa.This toll booth does NOT accept international credit cards and you will be turned around. The round trip to find an ATM added an hour to our drive to the Kruger. Note that close ATMs (Witbank) are not accessible before 7am.Plan ahead!Not the staff member's fault, just seems so redundant to not accept international credit cards at a major highway leading to the Kruger??
