Absolutely disappointed in the cake. It doesn't look like the picture which I got off of her Facebook page. The icing is not butter cream. But made with cheap margarine. Now I have to scramble to get a cake for tomorrow, after paying in full. Very shoddy artist work, and Happy Birthday was spelt wrong. Do not trust this company with your cake needs.

Disgusting approach to service delivery, the trade and customer satisfaction. Order a cake in advance and collect with incorrect spelling of Birthday.... wouldn't expect a baker to have A grade English but that's basic level. Then to substitute butter with margerine for buttercream, what reputable baker would do this? Advertise cakes you can make, not downloaded pictures which you can't compare with. No care that the customer is put out and now has to source a cake last minute. Dont trust any good reviews. Anybody who reviewed this place as anything besides terrible, has no concept of quality presentation or taste.
