I honestly cannot stress enough the value for money i receive with Pilates at Home. My instructor Soria, is the best thing to ever happen to me. She's always on time, professional and knows how to encourage me to go over and above things I might find challenging.

I highly recommend Pilates At Home, it's convenient and can fit into anybody's busy schedule. The service is such a great way to not only get in shape but to strengthen your core muscles as well. My posture has improved and the back pain (that nearly ended my photography career) is so much better, I have benefited greatly from my sessions and I know you will too!!

My wife and I got into Pilates with an excellent instructor, Allasandra and her calm and professional approach has helped us to feel extremely comfortable and relaxed ( with some pain of course) after every session . we highly recommend them
