I have been double invoiced and am struggling for a year to have it corrected. Issue just keep being escalated every time I inquire about it and nothing is being done. The company’s client service is non-existent.

Enrolled four years ago on SAGE ONE online. Deregistered 22 November 2018. Accumulated payment says account in arrears is R11990.00 for period 22 November 2018 till today. Phoning by telephone gives a menu with choices to choose from and a final option of hold for the consultant. After waiting for any consultant to pick up the looped menu starts from the beginning. No service or emergency cellphone or phone or contact available. I am afraid I cannot give a good rating for Sage after four years struggling to get my account closed at their side.Conclusion:-Use QUICKBOOKS-Use XERO-Use KARBON-Use EXCEL

TERRIBLE! Worst than SARS or Dept of Labour Call Centre!!!!The past 4 years more or less Sage has gone from the best to the WORST!!!!I've been on the line for minutes, get transferred from one to the next, without any help from any help and just to get cut off eventually because the consultant doesn't know what to do!!!!!!!!!!!!!SHOCKING!!!!

Shocking technical support on Sage One Accounting. Our accounting portal has been down for several days now, almost impossible to reach a consultant for assistance, when you do, they give a vague answer of they are unsure of when the issue will be resolved but they are working on it". Costs our business huge delays! I have had another inquiry under review with the technical department for almost a year where they are unable to rectify a glitch on an add on module we purchased called Time Tracking

This is the most pathetic customer service company I have come across, I have since October last year attempted to get Pastel to adjust my payroll account some 20 call and I don't know how many e-mails I have not had 1 person respond. My account No is GLT0005, I have even requested acknowledgment of my cancellation after 5 years with Pastel 'NOTHING'

This would be the second assessment process taken with WNS. Previously, my application was just rendered lost.After reaching out to recruiter who asked me to come in for an assessment , he advised he no longer works there.Today I was requested to attend an assessment that lasted 5 hours. I arrived at 10:10PM and left just before 4PM. The same assessment that could have been taken at home.I am upset as an unemployed person, that recruiters do not take into account the money it requires to get to an interview and then not even given adequate feedback. It's 80 rand that could have fed my family for the night.As an unemployed person, we seek employment to earn a decent income through service, recruitment or recruiters should ensure that this process is handled with more care and avoid costing people myself" money.. On 2 occasions.Not impressed."

SAGE Online has been experiencing problems for more than two weeks now. Not only did they not have the foresight to see that they were running our of server and bandwidth, they have caused trouble for their clients who have been at the mercy of their customers wrath because the system is failing and invoicing runs are sporadic. Advice - DON'T USE SAGE.

Terrible customer service and very unethical company. Signed my start-up up for a free" 2 month trial and was re-assured by a consultant that NO debit order would come off my account without my explicit authorisation. Debit order came off WITHOUT my go-ahead and BEFORE the 2 month period was up. I have been flighting for a refund for nearly a month with nothing but excuse after excuse in return. Hopeless company that has effectively stolen my money."

Frustrating customer service for endless SAGE Vip software bug issue. After nearly almost 6 hours of tier 1 customer service calls and no contact after 6 days from an escalated to developer issue - the only manager (who is in sales) that one can get hold of says he cannot provide any help and pushes the problem back to tier 1 customer service. Serious software bug corrupts information needed for SARS compliance submissions.
