Fire Place Installed , Mega Master . I paid the 90 % Deposit required . Installation was 5 to 7 days . 2 and a Half Weeks later the Installation was Finally done . ....... I was told to wait for 24 Hours before Lighting a Fire , I waited for 72 Hours . Huge amounts of smoke in the House , I recorded a Clip with my Cell and sent it to Luka , who confirmed there is a problem , they would come out and sort it out . Date was set and cancelled . Another date set and this time was late , as there was a Car breakdown . Luka brought the team in his car and they sealed the Flute pipes which had Gaps in . I paid the balance in good faith . I tried it again , much better , but still smoke in my House . After another 2 Weeks I was told that this is Normal ". Maybe make sure what you install before paying ?"

Had my aircon installed in 2018 with Turbovent and they called me for a free aircon service. My unit has been working great and am excited to have it serviced by them so it can carry on working 100% :)

I purchased a evaporative air conditioning unit and from the initial enquiry to the follow-up from the sales team to the actual installation of the unit, I would give the team at Turbovent a gold star rating. The team that did the installation did an amazing job and were professional the whole time that they were here. The whole organisation works as a seamless team, I would highly recommend this company in a heartbeat. I truly appreciated everyone's assistance especially the professionalism of the installation team. This is a genuine review written by a customer who is not often impressed with service but my expectation were surpassed in this instance. Five stars out of five.

I have contacted several companies to install my fireplace and very few bothered to get back to me. Turbovent immediately responded sending out a person to access the property and quote the installation. I was a bit irate because installation took longer that I would have liked, but bearing in mind that we have gone through the heaviest load shedding in years. Natasha the sales manager immediately addressed my concern and made sure that I was kept up-to-date on the progress of my order. I dealt with Luca, who accessed the property, Thulie who arranged installation and as mentioned above Natasha. In this day and age it is difficult to trust companies, especially when you have to pay a substantial deposit upfront. I would certainly recommend Turbovent, based on my dealings with them.

The sale lady Thandie was so helpful. She is very knowledgeable and showed us the different fireplace options. Also assisted us with telling us about the different home cooling systems.

Absolutely shocking service and product! Installed on December 14th 2018 and stopped working 2 days later. was given the run around continuously for two weeks while JHB went through a heatwave - incredibly frustrating when your newborn kids are upset and inconsolable and you cant even make the room comfortable due these guys not being able to carry out their jobs properly. Was given the runaround for almost two weeks before someone came out to assess the fault (28 Dec 2018 - the technical manager. he advised the unit was faulty, and probably dropped in the warehouse or during the installation which he advised had also been done very poorly as the ducting also did not meet the vents etc. see pics). He advised that he would come on new years eve with the part to repair as he could not get it over the weekend. After further runarounds and my calls being avoided, I was contacted on the 8th of Jan to repair the installation. by now i had had enough and am demanding my R38,000 rand deposit paid back to me (as is my right in terms of the CPA due their product failing) as well as my house to be restored to the original condition - roof and ceilings restored and insulation put back properly.they have been using delay tactics for this as well, so i will be following the legal route as well as reporting the matter to the consumer ombudsman. shockingly poor customer service.

We were in 2 minds whether to install a turbovent or not. It works fantastically. Wish we had done it sooner. The team were professional from enquiry through to installation. I highly recommend them

Unbelievable Service From Turbovent!In a day and age where we are so quick to moan about the bad, one often neglects celebrating the good. I required two vermiculite bricks for my fireplace, and they were cut and not only delivered but installed within 24 hours. From Thulie's immediate response and efficiency, to Martin's delivery, installation and advice for the future. You guys went above and beyond, and I would have no hesitation in using or recommending your organisation in the future- World Class!

Very frustrating to deal with them. Firstly they installed it incorrectly, they did not fix their stuff up, and promised to fix it up which they never did!! Stay away from them, all talk but no action!!
