Serendipity on Green

We went here for a wedding and the friendly owner welcomed us.It's definitely a little jewel in the middle of nowhere, and you really feel like you've entered a different world. As vegans, they did an amazing job at catering for us and the food was DELICIOUS. The decor is beautifully upcycled and the garden atmosphere is amazing and we felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived.

I took my wife here for our wedding anniversary and all I can say is the experience was STUNNING. the food is absolute quality, the hosts are friendly and outstanding, the drinks are always cold and VERY well priced, the room is comfy, clean and the best place to retire to after a fantastic meal. the stone bath is a great way to relax as well. without a doubt a place I will be coming back to and can only highly recommend

I went there for my sister's wedding and was absolutely blown away by the attention to detail in the decor. It feels like stepping into a different world. The hosts were fantastic and you could genuinely feel and see their passion for this guest house. They catered for vegans and I was impressed by the well-thought-out meal options.The hosts are so accommodating and friendly, they definitely earned a special place in my travel favourites.I would highly recommend their date night packages as well!!

We wanted a Date Night, Jaques and Adriaan such fantastic Hosts, we where so spoiled with great food, candle lit bubble bath, 5 star breakfast. It was a great evening and we would do it again.

This is A MUST STAY if you find yourself in the area.Upon arrival we were welcomed with a tasty cocktail and delicious snack platter before settling in our room for there night, three adequately named treehouse suite".The room is spacious and clean and I absolutely loved the eclectic decor. Serendipity is a magical experience, My wife and I were absolutely blown away, Jacques and Adriaan's hospitality is incredible, The food is out of this world. The magical surroundings,The Koi, The swinging bed, The romantic Bonfire, A surprise behind every corner. We will definately be back again. We can highly recommend this experience to everyone.

I had my 16th birthday party there a few years back and I couldn't recommend a place more !!! My whole family was welcomed and we had an AMAZING celebration ! They put so much effort into the party to make my day special.Earlier this year I went back for a date night where the food was to die for and the experience was just as great. The hosts really know how to ensure that you have an incredible time and you will receive nothing less than that when you go !Highly recommend going to this beautiful place !

Serenity, Romance, Zen and Peace.Those are a few things we felt last night at Serendipity on GreenFrom the Awesome Welcome by the Host, to the history behind the place, to a firepit and champagne and then definitely the 5* food!What an absolutely amazing experience it was to go on a date night with my love.Definitely a 20/10 Recommend for an amazing experience. Not only can you do date night, but you can also book to stay over. Which is something we will definitely be doing next time.Thank you a million times over to Adriaan for the amazing Italian menu and to Jaques for hosting us.

Serendipity on Green is an Excellent Guest House, focused on love and romance and on relaxation for the more business orientated guests… Beautiful, clean & comfortable. The hosts were very well prepared, sending us messages prior to our arrival about the location, and the best route to follow to their venue. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly owners and a lovely snack platter with welcome drinks in the Tree House. Lovely Zanzibar vibe all around you, beautiful garden and water features. Pleasant Music all around with the best chef I’ve ever met. High quality meals to look forward to. Would definitely recommend this guest house to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again Jacques and Adriaan for going that little step extra for the guests!!!

What an absolute pleasure to experience this gem. A definite must visit, especially if you are a local, foodie and art lover.
