Staff whas very friendly very early in the morning,the mechanical side went ahead and went through my whole car to see if everything whas working correctly, informed me of all, and then i got my car back everything done, and washed looked like brand new, i whas very happy ,thank yougreat team!!!!!

I am very very happy with the service I got at Welkom branch. From the front desk lady to the technicians, the service is very great! I believe after a long hassle of shady service centers, I have found a home for my car to be serviced any day. Big up to the everyone at e-Car, Welkom.

Very slow service with no communication towards the client. A simple service took over 6 hours yet they said 2 hours waiting time. Drove over 40 km back home just to notice the oil was overfilled by +-750ml took the car back they fixed it under 10min
