I had a major problem with my guest loo not flushing properly after numerous insurance guys trying to sort it out I decided to give Drainmaster a call who came recommended to me.Iain was great on the phone and they arrived the same day .He told me he suspected that there was a fault on the drain outside and showed me more or less exactly where he suspected the fault to be .They had to open a section outside the bathroom which was paved and sure enough there was a fault in that roots had gotten into one of the joins ,they repaired this fault and my guest loo now functions better than it ever has ,they reinstated the paving beautifully and by the end of the day it looked like nothing happened there .A huge thank you to Iain and Thabo for the great work !
