1. The new procedure of going to different queues to pay for something wastes a huge amount of time eg..To purchase something , first u must stand in queue where they will give u a slip of paper for item with a number ,Which u must take to a second queue where u will pay and then u mustTake the item and receipt to another queue where they will check the item anď dispatch it..... which all in all can take upto an hour or more .....Which just isn't worth the effort ....Eg. To purchase a basin spanner took more than 1 hour to buy, but only about 30 minutes to fix the tap..2. Stock levels are also an issue...went to buy aircon...guy checks and comes back with , there is stock of aircon in silver ...go through all the lines to pay and then when they go to fetch aircon, they come back with a white one as when they pulled down the box with silver aircon, they found it was open with a returned damaged aircon in it ...but was kept with all the other aircons........then had to go to queues again for refund and change price and colour on slip ......Took over one and a half hours to buy 1 aircon.....Went looking for 8x 40 raw bolts - no stock,2.5 cabtyre - no stock ...Another guy that was in the queue , went through the whole process just to buy 1 silicone...took more than 40 minutesNb. got the raw bolts and cabtyre at Mica..To buy 1 silicone at Mica, I promise u, it will take u less than 10 minutesLife is too short to stand around in queues or wait around while people try to figure how how they ended up without stock ....

Pricing is a problem. Lot of items not priced and price at till does not correspond with price on shelve.

I received a good service when I was at the shop , but if you call they say they will put you through and the call get cut off.
