The service provided was excellent - efficient, and patient. We were advised (post service, as we were ready to pay) to make a claim from home owners insurance BEFORE paying... we didn't even know it would be covered. Really appreciative of this suggestion from the plumber's side, insurance DID in fact cover it. Impressed with this empathy, in addition to the service.
