I have to comment the shop assistant as very helpful and professional. I went into the catridge shop not too long ago and I was offered oustanding friendly service and on top of it the things I bought was of good quality at a good price. I really had a very pleasant expierence and I would definitely recommend the shop and business to my friends and family. Keep up the good work.

I've been a client of The Cartridge Factory Tokai for almost 15 years, dealing with Allison. Service is exceptional along with very good prices. Never experienced any issues. Always a friendly smile and willing to go extra mile to maintain excellent service. I will never shop anywhere else as professionalism is very scarce nowadays. Not the best around, that's for sure. Staff are a tad surly and desperate" in my opinion. I guess when a cartridge shop becomes a tuckshop too.....it just smells of desperation. Many other options out there.....shop around

My husband and I have been buying HP cartridges from The Cartridge Shop since they opened many years ago. We have always been very happy with the prices and excellent service from the young lady in the shop. However, when I went to purchase a HP 652 black cartridge yesterday, I was very surprised at the price of R495 for the cartridge.It worried me a bit, so I did some phoning around and the difference in prices is quite an eye opener. I am sorry to say that I shall not be purchasing further cartridges at this shop. In light of the economic climate, it pays to shop around.Thank you for your excellent service over the years.
