Terrible customer service. Their truck made a U-turn on my pavement destroying my sprinklers. This happened after 2 days of rain. They just drove off and after phoning management, who promised to have it fixed, but never did. Now I know why the drivers don't care, because management is the example.

I have rated the sales as good when I went to enquire about the bricks I was looking for. I made payment the same day and it was confirmed by Yvonne and she was the lady who assisted me that day at the premise. She did not deliver as promised and failed to pick up my calls. Up to date the delivery has not been made. I wl visit the company for my full refund due to this.

I had wonderful service last year from Tsepho at Glen Marais but now his replacement cant maintain the sevice. Now day 5 to try and get simple quotation . Come on guys!!

They took our money for 30000 bricks and only delivered 8000 over three weeks. Now we have to call them every day and beg them to deliver. Empty promises daily.

I am extremely disappointed with the lady Maria at Waterkloof, I usually deal with Tiaan and in the last year, I have spent all of our renovations and building requirements with Sabrix Waterkloof. He is not there today, and Maria charged me R 1,20 more a brick and R 150 more for plaster sand. When I send her the previous quotations Tiaan send me, she goes on to tell me I should ,listen to her, that is the price. How do you jump with such a big increase. She is rude and refused to listen, even when I sent her the proof. Because of her I will take my business elsewhere. I know R100k over a period of 6months is nothing to you, to me it is a lot.
