Arrived when the restaurant was almost closing so the service was always going to be relatively slow. The 30min waiting period was adhered to relatively closely so not an entirely bad experience.

Sometimes you can get a wrong oder depending how busy they are. The meat is not well cooked most of the time but the staff treatment is not bad

Ordered online. I got to the store, they had not even started making my order after 30 ?minutes. As if that was not enough, my order was given to someone else. The other guy was called back to return my food.

The teller lady attitude was very bad, I always greet people speaking my own home language, after that I can speak their language. But I've tried to translate Ndaa to Hello and she told me that if I don't want to buy I rather go to the places where I can play with kids. She called next customer

For the 6th time, no free coke with my bucket for one meal. Totally not fair and not value for money.Worse part it's like the cashiers are not trained to apologize for not having an item. They don't even bother.
