Every South African should visit the Drakensberg Boys Choir School and attend one of their concerts. The boys are remarkable in all respects. Their singing and musical talents are exceptional. The staff are brilliant in educating these boys and providing them with this wonderful platform to follow their talents and dreams. Their amazing performance will be remembered for a very long time. Support them, you’ll be glad you did.

Fantastic experience. The staff an pupils go to a lot of trouble to make it all worthwhile. I had always heard about or heard them but what a treat to be there for a live performance. The venues acoustics are first class and one feels welcome in the environment. The program did not have many traditional classical music which I would like to have heard. Never the less the African feel to the other pieces of music with the actions was exciting.

Just brilliant! Don’t miss a concert if you are in the area. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

An experience of a lifetime!I was completely away by the talented young men who were able to truly sing in harmony.If you are ever in the Drakensburg, make it a goal of yours to attend a show.

I visited one of the weekly concerts a few weeks ago and it was quite an experience. Very talented kids, well organised, great music with the first act being (as just close to Christmas) Christmas songs as some of try out for their main Advent concerts and act two African music.

The staff and pupils are very nice, easy to talk to, respectful and well-mannered. I saw a concert here and I was blown away. They are so talented and so professional, especially for there age. They are 9-15 years old and act much older. I can imagine all the rehearsals they go through. I've also seen concerts in other places like Johannesburg and Europe, and they still give a very good performance. If I could give 6 stars, I would. You would think that a big group of boys in an airport would reack havoc, but no, they do not. They were in the same flight as me on the way to Dubai from Zurich. The Drakie sitting next to me was very nice. I love this school.
