Always struggle with application of specials and processing of Discovery Miles vouchers. Store Manager also not helpful in fixing these problems

I reside in Cape Town and I think this PnP can do better. The meals/desserts and the R90 chickens are fresh until you get there after 12:00 and the cashiers are not friendly at all, the only time they talk is when asking if you want plastic or not.

The store is clean. You can find almost all your shopping. The stuff if friendly. Just avoid paydays as the store tend to be full

Decent shopping area. Has many stores and also a Wimpy where you can go eat something. Very busy at times though and sometimes has some rubbish laying around on the walkways. Still a great place to do shopping as it has a wide variety of stores. There is also quite a lot of parking space and a carwash nearby. Also has a Tripple one for any stationary or printing needs.

Not open at 7 as website says and when arrive at 8h35 still not open and staff inside just pulls up sholders when asked why not open through window with handsignatures explaining heaven alone knows what.
