Probably the WORST telephonic CLIENT SERVICE I have EVER EXPERINCED!!I phoned Brickmakers and got put throught to a Miss M (name Undisclosed) asking for a price on a NFP Yellow Brick.After confirming the price per brick with Miss M, I requested the quotation be emailed to my office email,Instead of just taking down my email address by hand which Miss M proceed to enquire about whether we purchased there before, and whether we are already on the system.At which point I asked her why she cannot just write my email address down and mail me the quote? Her response was to get into an argument with me about what she did and did not say, instead of just taking my bloody email address???I WILL NEVER AGAIN FORWARD BUSINESS TO BRICKMAKER (Pty) Ltd!!!!!And I suggest that you train your sales staff up in basic Sales / Customer Sercives and Telephonic Skills, BEFORE you let them loose on the public!!!
