I installed a synsynk inverter and have been sending emails requesting help on f56 fault codes. Emails was not answered with no assistance on solving this problem. I have been struggling almost 2 months now. Good product with poor assistance.

They change their platforms and do not notify installers. They have all our e-mails. They do not reply on questions that we have and just ad to frustrations. Our clients can not access the platform.Will not install Sunsynk ever again. I will now only install Deye as i have been doing.Sunsynk get your act together and reply to our questions so thet we can help our(your) clients. This is not excusable and very unriliable service..

Excellent product when it works... Over 6 weeks wait for it to be repaired when it doesn't - even if it came out of the box faulty... Nightmare to get a hold of them sometimes.Eventually when it is ready, they don't have the courtesy to phone and inform the client..

I cannot believe that suck a great product have this poor after service/repair. Because of the poor repair I will recommend other brands. Sunsynk please do something to improve this?

Versatile product, dealing with the repair process and centre is a nightmare. They are inundated as the wholesalers of these products step out the way and put the support of both Deye and Sunsynk direct to this centre, the 10 year warranties they offer if you use their inverter and batteries will be only worth the paper it is printed on if this repair centre does not pull up its socks. As an installer, I have opted to offer more premium brand products that have good repair and replacement structures in place so I have peace of mind that in a few years if an issue arises, they will swiftly be able to assist and provide relevant feedback. I hope Sunsynk/Deye can improve but for now I do not have faith in the product back up and support.

Absolutely non existent after sales service. Don't bother submitting a complaint via their website either ...because -- guess what... no response either! We installed an 18KW Inverter in May 2023 and we still do not have access to our site on the Connect App because of a Region 1 / 2 data migration...ongoing since January 2023....We are already at the end of June... Asked our installed to follow up with Sunsynk last week and his feedback was....'they said it is difficult to provide a time of when the migration will be completed' Wish someone had told me before we installed Sunysunk!!!!

I had 2 SunSynk 5,5kw units installed at my home on 12 March 2023 but after 1 week a unit developed a buzzing noise near the PV Isolator when the power increases to about 1kw (This noise was also heard during commisioning but disappeared after the Installer tightened a wiring connection). I reported this problem to the Installer but after 3weeks have received no response at all, please advise on any action i should now take as this might be causing damage to the unit. Your feedback will be appreciated.
