Huge store. Very good system for prescription and otc products. Get a card with a number and wait for your number to be called. Seating available when you are waiting. Friendly and knowledgeable pharmacy staff. Had the stock on hand. Clean and neat. Wide selection of health products. Carry all products that you expect from a Clicks or Dischem. Major cosmetic brands. Staff very helpful. Wide isles. Products well displayed. Clear pricing tabs. Good signage for products and sales. Good security. No waiting at point of sales. This store is my 'go to' Clicks. It is simply the best.

Very POOR service over the counter at the pharmacy. Whenever I go there this one guy has an attitude. Today I went for medicine and he threw my club card on the counter. He doesn’t have the decency to hand it to me so he throws it. Doesn’t greet or even show a bit of friendliness. Someone like that shouldn’t be helping customers.

I was so shocked today when I paid for items at the till, I asked the attendant 3 times if I have any points, he simply did not understand me, I cannot believe that he had the audacity to say to me VOERTSEK" in Xhosa and then walked away

I recently visited this store and purchased 2 quite pricey deodorants for my son. These were priced at R75.99 each. When I got home and checked the slip the one deo was charged as a body wash for R92.99. A difference of R17. When I went back to get my difference in cash back i was told that it can not be done. I explained that I did not buy a body was so why must i be happy to be charged for it. The manager did not even come to me just sent supervisors to assist. I am shocked at the service and answers I received. It is also not the first time that this has happened. Often there are special marked on the shelf and when you get to the cashier it is still at the original price ...nothing special! I am very disappointed in the service the answer and service that I got. What if the difference was R100 would the answer still just be ...sorry it can not be done like that. I suppose somebody has to pay for the clubcard points. I still have the slip in case management realises the unfairness of this transaction.

I wish to thank Siyabonga and the manager of the Sandbaai store who assisted me with an exchange on a flexilight that was faulty. Siyabonga called the Clicks in town to find out if they had stock and when they said yes the manager offer to fetch it for me as she heard that I said I do not have a vehicle at the moment. The way they did that was if they really care to assist to their best ability and not because they have to as it is their job. Many thanks to both of you.. I noticed the effort you have put into and I just need to say I appreciated it.
