Best petrol service station and great coffee. Service by staff friendly and excellent. Car wash is quick and efficient and the location is convenient. Keep up the good work.

First off, this is a great fuel station! The service is friendly and super efficient. Which is why my family and I all fill up at Total Newlands. And we have done this for many years. I do have a gripe though. Some of your customers are incredibly inconsiderate. As an example, this morning I stopped behind one customer who was just completing his transaction. All the pumps were occupied. This customer paid, locked his car and went to the shop. Leaving his car parked at the pump. And he saw me waiting for him to finish but ignored me after I asked him to move his car to the open parking space. This is not the first time this has happened. I think you are in danger of losing clients who are tired of waiting for customers who are in the shop while leaving their cars at the pump, after they’ve filled up. Please do something about this.

Carwash rinse is poor. Only half of sprayers r working but u pay full price.

Excellent service, im one of the suppliers for the store and the floor manager is ever friendly and always willing to assist where he can. I’ve decided to get petrol here each time I’m in the neighborhood, the friendly staff keeps me coming back. The shop is clean and the coffee is great!

I waited 3 hours (which was fine, because I expected a service worthy of their reputation as well as R120) for my car to be washed. When I got home, I had to finish washing the car myself because it was not cleaned properly.

There is no better service than Total Newlands. It is the only station I ever fill up with (fuel and coffee ☺) and will rather push my empty car there to fill up, than go anywhere else! The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Thank you guys for the great service and smiles!

Best carwash with the most reasonable prices. May take a while to complete your car but it's worth every cent. They do an absolutely thorough job. If you want your car looking it's best, this is the best place to go to. There's also a seating area that's allows for social distancing. Mugh & Bean is also available in store

The staff is always helpful when I need to buy dog food. Also a questions now with the renovations in March can I still buy dog foodFrom you or is that also not available?

The recent revamp has made it a much easier place to drive and park. The facilities are clean and in good condition. Friendly staff as well. It's quite safe as well.
