Bad experience from the liquor lady Nondumiso.... She refused to offer us cash from Nedbank cash send, while other customers said I must wait for her to have enough cash on her till for us to get cash... She has bad attitude.....

Last time was a matter of spilling water an lady shouted at me,today i find ladies are busy chatting to each without observing that i need to buy. I bought a dry like peanut samp and beans. A the cashier Catherine Louw help me but look like very rude. i friendly as if she is tired but only reply with mxxxm" i guess i must just stop shopping with Pick n pay orange grove....."

Today I've bought food and there was hair inside please try to concern about our health your chef doesn't wear those cooking clothes and your cashiers are very slow it's seems like they don't know their job no man I've to stop from buying from your supermarket .

This is one of the most horrific pick n pays I have ever been to. There is a so called manager by Rudoh or Rhodo. I purchased fish fingers and frozen fish on 31 May 2022. Upon reaching home I realised that the items have expired in March 2022. Went back to the store ask about the expired items this Rudoh lady tells me that the items prices have been reduced becauase they have expired. So their policy is that expired goods should be kept in the store and sold to customers. Those who do not generally look at the dates are consuming expired goods from this store. To make matters worse the lady did not apologize or showed any remorse for the criminality that this store is doing. Totally disgusting practice from this store and it's management.

Always a big delay by the till.So frustrating...Instead of three cashier there is only one !This is not expected from pick and Pay.
