If I could give 0 stars, I would. They are so slow and cannot answer the phone. I tried calling in multiple times a day for a few days. Not once was my call answered.

Terrible customer service. Avoid phone calls like they have something better to do. No communication skills. Have insurance on my troubled phone. When I got there they said there's nothing they can do and I must go to a random cell repair shop next to maties café. I feel sorry for them. They can do so much better being in the mall of Stellenbosch. I'll try a different telkom store.

I called 30 times today over an hour and no one answered. If this is how you try your best to better in the future" then maybe it's for the best that no one answered."

A one star is more than they deserve. They have a remarkable talent for employing seemingly incompetent people. The manager of the store is harder to come by than electricity at 5 to 10pm. They refuse to actually solve your problems after assuring you they have the solution and will get back to you soon. They refuse to pick up the phone. All they do is sell their contracts and that's that. And even that they can't do without issues. A monopoly of pure idiocy. Just go to Vodacom, life's too short.

1. offline system for buying airtime2. unfriendly staff3. Bough airtime at a different store and asked them to load on a modem (obviously don't know the number of it, I use the modem for data) unable to do so. How is this level of incompetence even possible? They don't even offer the ability to use their service4. Sim card went inactive after 3 months, it's my back up for loadshedding, wasted money getting airtime, now I need to get a proof of address and id just to get it backNever returning to Telkom, I would rather use another cellular provider

Long wait in queue but very good and knowledgeable staff. Probably the only Telkom store I have been into that puts the customer first. Well done Quinton and team.

Worst service ever. Had the unpleasant experience of having to deal with them 2 times and not once was the service quick or did the staff try and help you in a friendly way.40+ minutes waiting time just to ask a simple question that the employee was not even willing to assist me with.Would not recommend them to anyone, if you need telkom rather visit the Somerset West or Paarl store.

Do not answer ANY PHONE CALLS. And their voice-mail box is full. Just shows how terrible their customer service is. I tried calling back a few times throughout the day. No answer at all.
