I took my sound system in for repairs and maintenance as it was boxed up for many years and not used. When I received it back it was clear that only the torn speakers were repaired and no maintenance done to the other equipment. It looked exactly the same as when I took it in. The one channel on the amp was not working despite me being charged for maintenance and repairs.

I'm gobsmacked. I've left countless amount of messages for Azam to call me to discuss my speaker repairs and nothing! When I 1st started using this company about 3 years ago it was so much better. You can now forget it. My speakers have now been there for 1 week and haven't even recieved an acknowledgement whether they can be repaired or not. In the past, I recommended people to go to Azam, but no more. I'm blown away how a business can operate like this. Customer satisfaction is the top priority. Really disappointed!!!

I am a phd scientist but almost destroyed my Bose music system when trying to fix major problems!With little hope I took it to Speakers Repairs.To my total amazement they quickly fixed the problems and refused to charge for the work. Too minor they said. Incredible!

Had a problem with my dated Alesis Monitors, the tweeter gave up on the one monitor. I was about to ditch it when a guy from Sound and Cinema suggested I take it to Hazam, of Speaker Repairs SA. My biggest concern was the age of the monitors and whether or not it would have the same sound quality as my other monitor once repaired. I just got a chance to listen to them after being repaired and wow! I can't even tell the difference. They did a professional job on the monitor and I am absolutely satisfied and would highly recommend them. The whole process only took three days and the quality of work done was professional.

Initially, 1st meeting, very good, staff and owner (I think) said all the right things, quote was good. Downhill from there, problem with stock, I asked for an alternative type speaker so as not to experience the same problem over again, owner explained the quality of sound might lose some of the finer notes but livable. It was terrible, returned immediately, waited again for stock which never arrived, told the parts were no longer available.My payment was refunded and my unit returned, 4 separate visits, 6 months in total, back to square one.

Super friendly and really professional bunch. The work is well done and without fault and quick! Not a common combination. Will definitely recommend.

I took my JBL speaker in for a quote to fix a strange sound while it plays. Admittedly the speaker took a small fall but it was switching on, connecting and playing (although not playing as it normally would).After a week of no contact regarding the quote I called them back to get some feedback, only to be told that it was a motherboard and battery issue (even though the speaker was switching on, connecting and playing). The amount on the quote given was more than the speaker is currently worth. I decided not to have it repaired and advised that I'd collect it.Upon collecting it two days later, it was not ready for collection and I had to wait almost 30 minutes. Furthermore the speaker was visibly dirty for what I assume to be greasy hands and it had some glue/silicone extruding from it. Clearly they do not care about one's devices if they are not going to be paid to fix it and didnt have the courtesy to return the device in the same or better state than it was received.Also, switching it on now there is a burning smell coming from it.If you care about the state of your speakers or getting a good experience, I wouldn't recommend taking it here.
