Work the wait - one of the tastiest pizzas I've had. They were generous with the toppings. I got the feeling that the restaurant was slightly understaffed, but the waitresses were friendly and tried their best despite that.

had an excellent valentines evening at Cafe Pescado. Good service great food (pizza is legendary) and eat as much prawns as you can. Had a duo playing music, really good food, great vibe.

Delicious food and amazing service. All the staff had smiles on their faces. We always go back because of this. I would highly recommend having a meal here and supporting the amazing waitrons here.

We went to the restaurant on a recommendation and were very disappointed. The restaurant was dusty and messy, with waiters leaving empty cans on the bar. We ordered and waited over an hour and a half for pizza that was either undercooked, oily or had big pieces of charcoal on it. While waiting for the food we had time to build a can tower at the table because the waiter was nowhere to be seen. When talking to the manager about this, the excuse was made of being short staffed but at no point was this communicated until we raised our concerns, she did however give us a discount on our bill but I still would not recommend visiting.

I have only ordered takeaways here before and have had no problem, 20minutes and your pizza is ready. I hence decided to sit down and was horrified! The menu took 10min to arrive, to order drinks and our food we waited a further 15min(this is after calling there number to get attention from a waiter and being told wait 2min but never came back to us) the pizza took 50min to make and my friend pasta arrived in 40min. He was almost done eating by the time the pizza was ready.Food wise, the seafood pizza was fine when I had it as takeaways but sit down not nice, was dry and I had a horrible stomach the next morning.We constantly had to ask them to close the door as it was cold, yet the waiter was inside then outside and never closed the door, was as if they wanted us to leave.When trying to find out from the waiter when paying what happened, I was told that they were busy and only had 2 waiters(there were only 3 tables occupied at the start and 5 when we left) the one waiter of the 2 had to also help in the kitchen as they were struggling there too.Really not impressed! If you want anything from Cafe Pescado then rather order take away and sit somewhere else, you will have a better evening.I even went the following day to another restaurant and I was shocked as the service was amazing compared to my experience here!

Very friendly and warm staff.Big pizza selection.I'm not a fan of South african style pizza, however the pizza was decent.The Greek salad was tasty.The pudding is to die for and don't miss best Italian style coffee.The service is a bit slow.I will come back to try other food

Very tasty authentic Italian pizza, made with a wood burning pizza oven. My wife wanted spaghetti arrabiata, which was not on the menu, and they made it perfectly without a fuss. Very well priced food items.

What a wonderful evening! Staff were super helpful and friendly! We had a table of 8 and we hadn't booked but they pulled tables together for us to accommodate us.Food was devine! Pizza, good! Burgers, good! Fish, good! Couldn't fault a single thing.
