Tech Support (BMW & MINI Specialist)

When I contacted the owner, he immediately took my son's car in for an inspection to figure out what was wrong. I had already another quotation from a proper car dealership and knew what the fault was (sort of knew) but didn't say anything to Phillip to see if Phillip, the owner, came up with the same faults. To cut it short, not only confirmed he the diagnoses from the other workshop but his quotation was so much less expensive that I couldn't believe my eyes. He emailed me for each part a different invoice, offered to repair whatever I could afford to pay at a time and was extremely helpful to get the my son's car back on the road. He did a fantastic job and I can highly recommend Tech Support if you are looking for someone who is honest, reliable, knowledgeable, gives you great workmanship and on top is a lot less expensive compared to car dealer/workshops. My son and myself will use Tech Support for all of our cars regarding services and repairs. Absolutely great job and very good service.

Phillip serviced my vehicle recently; When I dropped off the vehicle, I noted a few concerns I had. Phillip came back with very comprehensive explanations of the problems I was having, as well as advising on solutions.Phillip kept me informed all the time what was happening, and I honestly felt like I was in full control on what was being done to my service.Phillip's service was phenomenal, and I would highly recommend Phillip for anyone needing vehicle service.
