Amazing experience, staff are friendly . I visited the medical centre while On holiday from Australia . Service and experience is on par with Australia if not better. Medical practice is very clean as well and affordable.I was surprised with the services they offer as well.I highly recommend simunye primary health for travelers and locals .

Possibly the rudest reception desk I have experienced. You cannot book an appointment nor can they advise how long the wait will be. The lady as the desk had such an attitude and was most unhelpful. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Doctors are helpful but the receptionist is rude and has no clue at all about any friendliness or customer service! Very unprofessional and unfortunately this is accepted from the doctors since such a long time and nothing has changed!

Extremely irritating the one is trying to contact them and the call does not even go through. Tried the Mitchell's Plain branch with the same luck. Wonder what would happen in a real emergency!!
