The only thing that takes the 5th star away is the location. Once you are past crapping yourself driving through Town you are met by a beautiful establishment where they have taken the time and effort to make you forget about your outside surroundings. Great food, awesome attentive service. Amazing live music with very talented local musicians. Thursdays a must.

My boyfriend and I had no clue it’s a tapas restaurant. The waiter’s name was Xolani and he was amazing, described the food in such great feta and convinced us to try the oysters which were a 10/10. The drinks were too good. It’s a very very very pricey restaurant for how little the food is

Absolutely glad I celebrated my birthday here! The ambience, the service, the food and of course the live jazz music was stellar! Definitely an outing you don't get to enjoy often in Joburg! Comes highly recommended! I Uber'd as I wasn't familiar with the parking situation. Top notch!

Strong recommend. Great food, live music and dancing. I came to celebrate my birthday with my family and loved it.The food was delicious and the menu is broad. Very small portions so you need 2-3 plates per person - ask the waitor for how filling each dish is. Recommend the fish tacos and chicken sliders. We all loved everything we ate. The drinks were pretty but average-tasting.The music was so good - a mix of pipular modern hits and golden oldies - but the singer only started around 9pm so bear that in mind if you want an early night. We enjoyed a few dances and they sang happy birthday in the cutest way :)Definitely start out with drinks at the Rooftop bar if you can! Killer views of Jozi at sunset.The wait staff were polite, well-trained and very attentive. The manager checked in on us. Overall, its a winner.

Ugh, I don’t think I could ever articulate how amazing this place is. Came here on a Friday evening with a friend (perfect for date night too) and we absolutely loved everything. The live music was amazing! Ambiance was relaxed and jazzy. The service was spectacular and the food good! There is safe parking (R50). The GPS takes you to the back of the venue so you will have to turn around to the other side. Definitely pricey. One downside? Not on the best side of town but definitely worth the trip.

Nice live band place in downtown. Has secure parking. Band changes occasionally. They had piano cello guitar and drums. Saxophone was missing.Food is very good. Only small plates. Bar is good and can create drinks customized to your preferences.
