Bought a watch for my daughter 4 months ago. Strap breaking. Not cool. Not. Convenient for me to get to canal walk to get it replaced either.

The staff working here are extremely rude. Besides that, they made us sign a repair form claiming that the damage was caused by us, even though we repeatedly told them that this was not the case. I will never support swatch again
