I truly valued my experience with FitEvolution. Such a pleasure to work with people who are sincerely passionate about health and fitness. I lost 9kg's in 10 weeks. Fit evolution has been such a blessing, very affordable, the program has not only helped me reach my body goals but it has also improved my mental well-being and boosted my confidence. I now know how to eat right without being on a crazy unsustainable diet. My coach , Chantal has been there every step of the way, available all the times! I would say fit evolution is worth every cent!

I am so happy with fitevolution. My personal trainer Nthabiseng is the best, she constantly checks up on me. She's very professional. I am starting to see results and it's only been 2 weeks.

I left a request on a web site for quotes for a personal trainer. FitEvolution go back to me within a couple of hours and provided me so many options. They were the only company to get back to me. I'm looking at the pricing and will decide. The gentleman who contacted was fantastic.

FitEvolution has shattered the mould of traditional fitness and lifestyle training! The trainers care about your health and wellbeing and continually keep in contact to provide support and follow up on your previous sessions. The videos on their website give just some examples of the energy and dedication the team has. Wes has been my trainer and is highly professional. He is just as invested in my progress as I am. It is a team, not just a process I am doing on my own.

Highly recommend! Had a very prompt responses from Farouk, who listened and understood my specific needs and picked a specialized trainer that exceeded my expectations. We also put together a hybrid plan of in-person and online sessions, and worked out a fair deal that I believe gives me a great value for money. At every step everything was prompt, professional and punctual, and more importantly flexible and tailored to my needs.
